WHO WE ARE
KIC is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to nurturing aspiring talents in the fields of Art, Design, UX/UI, Marketing, Creative, and IT. Our network of global professionals is committed to offering mentoring, specialized courses, career guidance, and portfolio development for Korean students aiming to thrive in the creative sectors of the United States and South Korea.
WHY WE BUILT
Reflecting on our own experiences as art students and job seekers, we often found ourselves yearning for mentors and supporters. We sought guidance for our creative futures, practical advice and feedback on our majors, portfolios, and career paths, answers to questions about visas as foreigners, and support for our mental well-being.
Finding the right mentors was a challenge, particularly in the highly competitive and demanding creative industry, and even more so as foreign students in America.
This inspired us the creation of the KIC in 2023. Our mission is to be the supportive and inspiring mentors we once needed, aiding current art college students and recent graduates aspiring to make their mark in the creative world.

We believe that mental well-being is just as crucial as physical health. To support our mentees' mental health, we conduct regular one-on-one
check-ins.
This allows us to stay attuned to their experiences and collaboratively explore solutions or provide support for the challenges they face.
EXPERT MENTORS WITH REAL-WORLD EXPERIENCE
Our mentors are seasoned professionals from various creative fields, each with their own unique experiences and insights. They are not just advisors but storytellers, sharing their knowledge and perspectives with our mentees.
